Relevance and Conversion Push buttons are missing in Characteristics T Code CT04.
Below are the screen shots which shows the difference in two systems:

It is observed that the missing of two push buttons Relevance and Conversion in the CT04 transaction is due to the a note on this particular.
It was an installation package step that have been missed.
OSS Note 1041015 is relevant and which says that AFS Code changes belonging to objects like CT CL CUMT anc CLCL can not be transported.
